All teams will participate in a 2 set match with a cap at 27 for the two sets. No third set will be played as the totals will be added up at the end of the day.

Coaches and off teams will be required to referee when off. Electric whistles will be available for Coaches. No Score Book or Libero Tracker will be done as this will be based on the honor system.

Tickets for fans will be $7 for adults and kids and seniors may have free entry. A snack bar will be present. Please only water in the gym.

Please do not set up camps that impede the Athletic mall as an emergency vehicle is to have access at all times. Please set up camps on the perimeter of the athletic mall.
Play starts at 8:30 am and Doors open at 8:00 am. Play is projected to end at approximately 2:45.
Please bring your own balls and there will not be a trainer present so please make arrangements for your athletes as far as taping and preparations.
Warm ups will be 5 minutes for the first matches and 3 minutes for all additional matches.
If balls go up onto the top of the bleachers please tell the Tournament Director Frank Hines and he will get your volleyballs and return them to you. Please do not allow any athletes or parents to climb or be on top of the bleachers as this is against the gym rules. Coaches meeting will be at 8:15 am.
Parents and fans will have access to the upstairs cat walks to view the matches from the second level.
We would appreciate your flexibility as we would like to squeeze as much play as possible so please keep your team near by the gym in case an open spot appears and we are able to get an extra match in as we go.
